Q: What are the advantages of wireless one versus wired one?

A: The wired one can only be placed on the podium when teaching in class. While the wireless one can be moved to any student's desk to display their work.

Q: How does the wireless one connect to use? (Or: Some schools don't have wireless network, how do they connect to your device?)

A: It connects via WIFI. After the device is turned on, a WIFI hot spot will be launched. You can search for the signal, connect and open the software, and the image can be seen. No LAN or Internet required.

A: All of our visualizers are equipped with touch fill lights which reduced the impact of ambient light on the shot.

Q: Will I get a reminder after it is fully charged?

A: When fully charged, the light on the top of the visualizer will turn from red to green or blue.

Q: Is there a warning when it comes to a low battery? How can I tell when there is no power?

A: When it comes to a low battery, the light on the machine will flash or it will show a low battery on the screen as a warning.

Q: Can I plug in the USB cable to use it when it is out of power?

A: USB cable is only used for charging, image transmission still needs to be realized by connecting to WIFI. The device can be used while charging, but in order to protect the battery life, we recommend that you should preferably turn off and charge the device for at least 1 hour.

Q: Do I need to install any software to use the visualizer?

A: Yes, we have supporting software. You can find the corresponding product software in the support section of our official website www.jetion.com, download and install it on your computer. For a wired visualizer, you can use it directly by connecting the USB cable. For wireless one, you can connect it to the computer by WIFI through the wireless card. Then you can use them, very easy to operate.
